    Hello!

    Is there a way for my popup subscriber form to show a confirmation popup once the user has submitted their form?

    Hi Kelsey,

    Thanks for the URL, I had a look at your site but I don’t see the issue, as you can see from this screenshot: https://screencast.com/t/CK03YM74y9

    Can you tell me which browser and OS you’re using so I could check in same conditions?

    Also, have you tried checking with different browsers?

    Hi Predrag,

    Yes, that screenshot is of my old pop-up because I can’t get the new one to work properly. That pop-up does not have AJAX enabled or a form within it.

    I am using Google Chrome and I have also tried it with Mozilla and Safari. I am on a Mac with OS X El Capitan.

    Hi Kelsey,

    I was unable to replicate this behaviour on my end so it seems that this is something specific to your site.

    I would suggest performing a troubleshooting test by disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme to see if popup works with gravity forms after that.
