I have looked high and low and nowhere is the Readme.txt file to be found. Perhaps you could make this more visible or provide a prominent link for potential users. The time I have wasted trying to find this file has caused me to uninstall your theme in favour of another, and that is a shame.

@regis999: the archives are handled by the file index.php and you can modify the file as you like. But for what you want to achieve, you’ll definitely need to be familiar with coding or use a plugin that suits your needs.
@trevroberts: Sorry, we’re a bit confused, does your posting have something to do with this thread? The file readme.txt can be found inside the theme folder as like in almost every WordPress theme. In case you have a question or need help with anything else, feel free to create your own forum thread.

It depends on what you want to do. For ad rotation you could use a plugin like for example AdRotate. But as mentioned before, you still need to do some coding to modify the theme files as you like.
