Hello Sirs,

I have the latest 5.5v WordPress and theme Twenty Eleven. Don’t know why the admin dashboard page getting freeze and unclickable. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/Tv8JVXR

And Widgets page also freeze too. Only Menus are clickable. Is it caused by Ajax blocked? Any other cause the problem? How to fix it?

Please help. Thanks in advance!

Start by making sure your server meets the minimum recommended requirements https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Yes my server meets and over qualify the requirements.
It happened after updating to latest wordpress and theme. And deleted a fast cache plugin. Not sure what causes the problem.

You should check the browser’s (Web Developer) console (press at same time SHIFT + CTRL + I) for errors.

You can also check the Network tab for more insights.

Tested the freeze dashboard page with (SHIFT + CTRL + I) and got these errors. https://ibb.co/zb7Stnr

Known a label plugin conflicts to another. But tested all plugins deactivated one by one does not find/solve the problem.

What should I do next? Thanks in advance!
