I’m Hao, from Vietnam. I am using wp 6.6.2 with php 8.1 I got this issue, new post didn’t show the category & tag filed to add/edit (see photo). Anyone know how to fix it, pls tell me.
This error just few days ago, my site have no any plugin, default setup even I’ve tried to install newest wordpress on another domain, this issue still there.
This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Actually when WP installed, have 2 plugin: anti spam … and hello dolly.. I don’t remember exactly but I just deleted both of them. So now it’s no any plugin here, see photo.
This is new wp just installed, everything is default as I show you in the previous video.
After deleted 2 plugins, then try to create new post, issue still there again. Now I don’t know how to do because everything is newest and default.
Also I have tried change them to 2023 but same issue, then back to active 2024 theme, issue again come back again.
In General in Preferences, I see you have an Advanced section with a “Custom Fields” option, so you definitely had more plugins than Hello Dolly and an anti-spam plugin.
