Looking for a plugin for a specific editable table / spreadsheet

Hello.

I’m building a new website for a charity with around 50 members. I am using Ultimate Member to manage those users.

We hold events and I need something that members can simply confirm their attendance with.

I’m looking for a plugin that displays a table of all users split into 4 sections, (for each job role) which logged in users can edit just one column of their own data. A simple yes/no for the field next to their name.
It needs to also calculate the total number of ‘yes’ answers at the top of the table for each section and overall so all users can quickly see number of attendees.
Being a charity, I’m looking for something with no or very little costs.

I’m thinking along the lines of a live Excel sheet perhaps? Not sure. Hope someone can help.
