Hi all,
i now did a workaround with postman. i created a new email address (subscription@yourdomain.com) as i manage the webhosting for my client. The new address redirects to the clients old email account…
@david i didn’t get any report with your test form
but it now works for me.

i just updated to the new Version 1.3.1 of Caldera Forms and hoped for the fix but it still does not work?
as i already mentioned – i don’t have the clients smtp settings and i also don’t want to ask for them…

Hi David,
no – “from email” and “reply email” are the same and without %email_address%.
i use only {summary} inside the message and a CSV file is attached.

Hi guys,
thanks for your hints. I know what smtp plugins are for. the problem is that i don’t have the smtp server / account data of my client and i don’t want to manage that either as it worked fine until the last update. what i don’t understand is why it is necessary to have such a plugin now?!
but why do i need a plugin now?!
i don’t use any smtp plugin – so i guess in my case the issue comes from ‘caldera forms’…
any suggestions?
