The solution turned out to be very simple – to uncheck the following options:
Default to NOODP – pages
Default to NOYDIR – pages
Exclude site from the Open Directory Project
Exclude site from Yahoo! DirectoryThen All in One SEO Pack won’t add any meta tags to pages by default.
Hope it helps to anyone.

In reply to: [Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] Custom HEAD meta Single Quote IssueThe problem was fixed by uninstalling and installing StCR again. Simple deactivation and activation didn’t help.

This may be happening due to some plugins conflict, because on my other site this line (with single quotes) works properly in StCR settings and shows correctly in the source code.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] Custom HEAD meta Single Quote IssueI’ve tried twice right now, still “& # 039 ;”

Nope. Nothing changes. If change single quotes to the double ones, then the line looks fine in the source code, though looks messy on the StCR settings page.
Single quotes are still being replaced with “& # 039 ;”
