Custom HEAD meta Single Quote Issue

The single quotes are getting converting into alt codes, the noindex is not working properly.

This:

<meta name='robots' content='noindex,follow'>

is replacing the single quotes with “& # 039 ;” (spaces added on purpose because this editor is converting to a single quote.

This is an obvious issue that needs to be fixed. Please update as soon as possible as it’s causing duplicate content issues!

Hello @zhanna Lira

Now that you have that version go to the StCR settings and on the Management Page tab just click the Save Changes button.

There is garbage on you Database for this option so saving the changes will overwrite it and add a clean information value.

Nope. Nothing changes.

If change single quotes to the double ones, then the line looks fine in the source code, though looks messy on the StCR settings page.

Single quotes are still being replaced with “& # 039 ;”

Ok, now save the setting with an empty value, then save it again with the <meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow'> value and let me know.

This may be happening due to some plugins conflict, because on my other site this line (with single quotes) works properly in StCR settings and shows correctly in the source code.

The problem was fixed by uninstalling and installing StCR again. Simple deactivation and activation didn’t help.
