I am getting the same problem with next generation gallery, I upload the picture and its fine they get uploaded and but the thumbnails are not created, not even in the folder now after doing alot of research i found that this is due to php memory usage if so this is my memory details :
PHP Version : 5.2.14 / 32Bit OS
Memory limit : 40 MByte
Memory usage : 23.75 MBytenow if memory was the problem then i shouldnt be having any problem. my host gives my php memory limit to 40 only since its a shared host.
