Support » Fixing WordPress » How To Insert A Logo/Image Into My Title Header?

  • Hi!

I just downloaded the “constructor” template on my blog and have the title of the blog in the top, lefthand corner. I want to place a logo/image directly to the right of the title copy. Any idea of how to do this?

OR – If I create a new logo (with the title and image) separately in photoshop and save as a jpg, can I upload this to my header and use as my title?

    Thanks for any help/insight!

  • You’ll have to open the header.php file, and insert your image where ever you wish in there.

Haha, I’m new to this so not 100% sure how to go about that..

Dear. Can I get your header.php code. You can find the code by editing the header.php file.

    To edit the file:

    1) Login to WP admin panel

    2) Click Appearance in the left sidebar

    3) Click Editor

    4) In this page click on the header.php link (to edit the file) in the right side of the screen.

    5) Copy the code and paste in this forum.

Put the code between Your code here

Hi, thanks for the response! Below is the code. One thing to note: I uploaded a photo to my header which I can’t figure out how to remove. It’s currently behind the title (

Tell me do you want to add Image as title or you are thinking to remove the image.

    Hi –

I’m thinking that it would be easier to upload an image in replacement of my title. Currently it says “jauntberry” with a berry fruit behind the copy. I would like to remove and upload a jpg image that has my headline and image together. Is this possible?

Its, possible, I will catch you later. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    No worries Thejas!

Can anyone help me upload / insert a jpg image into my blog title?

open admin -> customize -> images tab
upload image to header or header wrapper section

    Hi Anton,

I tried that but it only allows me to place an image in the corners of center of the page. I was looking to have it just to the righthand side of the title of my blog “jauntberry”. Website is: . Thanks!

If you want your Website logo to be displayed at the right hand side of the header, then just add the following code in the style.css file, under #/HEADER/# section or paste the CSS code in this thread.

    float: right;

    Thank You

open admin -> customize -> images tab
upload image to header or header wrapper section

Thats all when ANTON says anything listen to him he is always right 😀

    goto customise>images tab> and choose header .

    great, thanks all!!

Hi, I’m trying to do the same thing. I may be being really stupid, but I cannot see admin / customize / images tab. Where should I be looking for this?

Thanks for this info. Problem SolveD
