I ran into major problems as well. I finally got it installed, but without keeping a proper change log. I have no idea exactly what did the trick. Since so many seem to be having difficulty, I hope those who recognize what was needed in their case will share that in their posts. Might have saved me time. I did change to the most recent available nightly build before succeeding.
