Thanks, reverting to the old version and using the automatic update fixed it!
The only thing that worked for me was to revert to 2.5, download the automatic upgrade plugin. Now the line 95 code is gone and everything is back in order.
I tried to search for line 95, formatting.php, etc but I guess I was putting in the wrong search words, thanks.
I am having the same exact error. I have tried downloading a fresh 2.5.1 and that is not working for me.
I fixed the problem by downloading an older version and then upgrading. Thanks.
