Depends on which way you do it. It’s possible to change a site’s look completely in half an hour. The quality though is what you pay for – nothing more, nothing less.

I’m on Linux too, so therein lies the problem I think. I wonder if Windows timestamps files while Linux doesn’t…

I’m a professional, but I do pro-bono 😉 work for people sometimes just to help them out. Good design does cost, as I know too well (if I had enough money and a good graphics team there’s no knowing what I’d do). If the original poster does want a little change in an existing theme I’d be more than happy to do it for them…
So yeah, no need to get riled at somebody who may not be a tightarse like the previous poster said.

Commenting out works wonders if you couldn’t be bothered with time stamp issues.
