I followed your directions but when I went to activate it, I received the following error: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Hi,
I can access the admin login page, I just have all the code before the area where you login. See link for a screenshot of what is going on. What can I do to get rid of all the code errors on the admin login page?
