Error Coding Showing on WP-Admin page

Hi,

When I go to my website now I’m getting lines of errors showing up. See below. What is causing this? I tried to delete and reinstall the plugin but WordPress won’t let me through the Plugins page or through the FTP client. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
