Also, please try to switch to a default wp theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue is caused by a conflict with one of them.

Did you change the role of my test account to customer? if so, you would need to add the support user capabilities for allowing to submit the ticket. For this you would need to use the user role editor plugin and then add the support user capabilities from the link below yo the customer role:

Yes, Awesome Support is complatible with WordPress Multisite. One important note is that you have to manually activate the plugin for each site.. You can check more information in the link below:

We don’t have a way to edit or integrate by default the ticket pages directly with Elementor, but we have documentation for templating the Awesome Support pages and the ticket details page if you are interested:

Do you mean to perform this actions in the back end admin panel? If so, yes, it’s possible that a support manager can create a ticket on behalf of the agent and that agent sees that ticket on his list (as if he had created the ticket) with their assigned tickets. To create a ticket on behalf of an agent, go to Tickets – Add new and choose the agent creator name.

Yes, we are in active development (we handle more than 40+ add-ons and our last update was a few days ago) and we are planning to launch an update soon. I created a card for reviewing this and the REST API in Awesome Support. Also, could you share me the steps to replicate this message? The more information you share, the better will be for the developers to find the cause of this issue and fix it.

You can put your smartphone horizontally (landscape mode) and you will see the ticket filters. I can add a feature request to show this on the portrait mode for developers.
