Hi @portegah85,
Currently with the core plugin you can only use two shortcodes, ticket-submit and tickets. Our closest approach to show as many tickets in the backend as possible is the public tickets add-on. You can take a look and check also their shortcodes in the links below:
– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/public-tickets/shortcode-parameters/Regards.
Yes, you can assign multiple agents in a ticket with the rules engine add-on:
For more presales questions, you can fill in the form from the link below:
You can also test this on our demo site:
I will mark this thread as solved as I shared you the channel to continue with the add-on questions.
Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Disable FieldsHi @rotx,
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to deactivate the description field as it is mandatory for submitting the ticket. What you could do is to “translate” the label of the description field if it helps:

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Issue in attachmentHi @albawani,
Let’s see if there might be a conflict with a plugin or theme that causes the user not see attachments. Please switch to a default theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears. The last one in deactivating is the one conflicting.
You can also share us the error message in the debug.log file to see if there are messages there:
Also, check these settings for attachments in Awesome Support. Changes will only apply to upcoming tickets and not for existing tickets.

Hi @simonbrooker2020,
To deactivate the product field, go to Tickets – Settings – Products Management tab and deactivate the “Multiple Products” checkbox.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] CarefulHi @easycom,
When you mentioned that we have real flaws in the coding, it will be appreciated your detailed feedback for improving the product (we have also our list of fixes and improvements as any software company so I appreciate your comprehension in the time of investigating, testing and fixing as we have more than 40 add-ons).
Also, I wanted to clarify some points.
First, the fact that the tickets get closed does not mean that your case gets closed (you even closed one ticket by yourself. Our system is by default designed to close tickets after 7 days of inactivity of the client (which we think is a fair time), but if a ticket gets closed, you and our customers can open a new one as I am the one who handles these requests, and I will always be willing to help as much as I can, or if a client asks for having the ticket open, it can be done as well, it’s a matter of clear communication.
Secondly, I’ve always be willing to help and even sent you updated versions of the core plugin and one add-on, in which the last one, the add-on I did not receive any response of you. There are several clients like you that I assist and do my best to perform their solution.
Third, as with every software, we have limitations and in these cases we help as much as we can, always being guided under the purchase Terms and conditions, we don’t offer support for custom code unless hiring custom development.
We are always open to solve the issues, so I will keep the internal ticket you have as open so that you reply and continue with the investigation of your case.
Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Issue in attachmentHi @albawani,
are they accessing to the same ticket? Also, are you using additional roles for those accounts? Plus, let’s check if you are running in a conflict with a plugin or theme. Please switch to a default theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears. The last one in deactivating is the one conflicting.
Regards.
