First, let’s check if there is a conflict with your theme and one of your plugins. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme temporarily. If the issue might continue with only having the Awesome Support plugin on, please send us the error messages complete so that we can check.

You can change the text directly, by going to the functions-emails.php file. (awesome-support-email-support/includes/functions-emails.php). Just search it for any portion of the text and it’ll take you to the right line. (It should be around line 487 or so).
BUT, we strongly advise you not to do this and just translate the string instead using the WP translation mechanism. If you change it directly in the file then after every update you will need to do it again.

WordPress uses a default mail function to send email notifications, but it’s not properly optimized, so we recommend using a Transactional Email Service like Mailgun. You can check more information about this on the documentation below, in the E-mail Delivery section:

Do you mean that, for example, you add departments by going to tickets – departments and after that the options for departments are not shown in the front end? If so, please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP temporarily to check if you have a conflict. The last in deactivate before solving the issue, the one that causes the conflict.

While you find the ticket account holder, could you try to deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme temporarily to see if there is a conflict with one of them after the update to the 6.0.1 version?
