In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Problem with emailHi @alexisfontana,
It would be needed that you install Mailgun or SendGrid so that we can check in the log file if emails are being generated and/or sent. We ask for it for troubleshooting and even we mention it on the Terms and Conditions in the special cases section:

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] this is a jokeHi @tobifjellner,
Thanks for the feedback, and noted for this and future reviews.
@zglocal, we don’t have the speed to resolve issues in 1 day as each environment is unique, things would be easier if all the sites had the same configurations, investigation tasks take time to find the cause of the issue, this is why I asked your login credentials, information that will remain secure and temporary until the issue is solved. Sometimes it’s a theme that causes a conflict, sometimes it’s a plugin, sometimes it’s the PHP version. The more you cooperate, the better I can assist you and use the resources my team has to solve the issue.
The ticket is open for resolution and a meeting for solving this is open as well.
Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Problem with emailHi @alexisfontana,
We would need to check if you have an issue with the email delivery. Do you have a transactional email service Like Mailgun or SendGrid? These solutions improve the email deliverability and also have a log file that shows if emails are being generated and/or sent. You can read this documentation for the email deliverability:
Also, go to tickets – settings – emails tab and check that the ticket submission confirmation template is checked.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] this is a jokeHi @zglocal,
First, you were rude from the first reply you sent, I always try to offer a clear communication (and even meeting sessions when needed) and your attitude was not the best one.
Secondly, I asked you for the login credentials for having a deeper investigation and you replied with a 1 star review? is this serious? Do you think is this professional from your side when I’ve been researching why you are the only one who has that specific issue (and even it’s not an issue that crashes your site like when we have much more CRITICAL cases?).
When you purchased our subscription (This is the review page for the FREE plugin, and the issue is for a paid plugin) you read and accepted our purchase terms and conditions and there we are clear on how we assist, and anyone can read it:

I, as always, am open to solve this issue.

Hi @k83uhse6v,
I made some tests with the AMP plugin for WordPress and the Awesome Support pages in the front end work well. You can try and add that plugin and test. I used the transitional mode (there are three modes that you can test in total).

Hi Elana,
Thank you. I created a report so that the developers can investigate and, if needed, update the plugin based on your code change.
Regards.
Did you try deactivating your other plugins one by one, switching to a default WP theme and only leaving these 2 plugins on? What are the results? Could you also send us the debug.log error messages to send them to the developers?
Regards.
Hi @danielochoa1,
Please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme temporarily to see if the issue continues. This might look like a conflict with one of them. You can also see the debug.log file for error messages:
Regards.
Hi Elana,
Thanks for the report. Did you apply this code change and it fixed your issue? Let me know to send it to the developer for further review. I can also advise you to deactivate your other plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme until the issue disappears (it might be related to a conflict on your site).
Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Too Heavy PluginHi @astounddev,
Currently we don’t have the option to offer a lighter version, but if you don’t need the settings brought by default, you can go to tickets – settings and deactivate the unneded options for each tab. Also, are you having speed issues? You can deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme to see if there is a conflict with a one plugin or theme, and so this can be investigated.
You can check for different options for optimizing your site:

Hi @casetta,
Thanks so much for letting us know that you fixed the issue and the way you did to solve it. I will mark this topic as solved, but if you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards.
Hi @djactor,
This forum is for the core Plugin. For tech support for the add-ons and active licenses, please submit a ticket on the link below:
I will mark this topic as solved as it was tought the route for proper assistance. If you need assitance regarding the core plugin, you can open a new thread.
Regards.
HI @casetta,
There might be something in your system settings that prevent the plugin to create the table. What were the test results while deactivating the other plugins (this might help to see if there is a plugin that prevents the creation of that table)?
If the issue continues, I will send the gathered data to the developers for further investigation.
Regards.
