Hi @projecte,
`You can hide it with some CSS in your theme. Since each theme is different the actual CSS would vary slightly but something like:
.wpas-link.logout{
display: none;
}
Might work.

Hi @dpiguyana,
You would need to change the templating so that you can customize your ticket pages:
– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/templating/
– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/ticket-details-page-template/You can also use theme editors that allow you to change the width of your pages.

Hi @rubidze,
Unfortunately, there is no a way that support users can change the priority on the front end once the ticket is submitted, but they can ask for changing the priority and the agent can proceed with the change.
Regards.
Hi @rubidze,
Could you share me more information about what you need(if what you need is in the front end or the back end, if it’s in the ticket list page or details page, if you are mentioning about a field or section)?
You can check our documentation regarding templating if what you need is to customize the ticket pages:
– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/templating/

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Suggested free themesHi @rubidze,
We don’t have recommended themes, but I can tell you that we work for having it compatible with the 10 most used themes. You can also check our list of incompatible themes for reference:

Hi @audreythomas18,
If your request is because you use the Get Awesome Support Plugin, let’s see if you have a conflict with a plugin/theme. Please switch to a default WP theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the error message disappears. This way you can find the plugin/theme conflicting. You can also check for the debug.log file:
– https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Problem with emailHi @alexisfontana,
Unfortunately without that it would be as if we were blind, as we don’t know if those specific emails are being generated and/or sent (we use Mailgun for delivering email notifications on our systems and check sometimes in the log file if emails were sent and delivered to the client, so we see it as a benefit).
You can try deactivating other plugins one by one and switching to a default WP theme and check if there is any conflict that affect these settings.
Regards.
