I personally apologize if we had communication issues as there are different scenarios from each site, so it pushes me to think on different alternatives. We are a small business who looks for offer as much support as possible and to have a clear understanding of issues. This review is personally harmful for me as I offer as much help as possible (and will continue helping). Our plugin is tested in up to 5.7.0 version (not tested in 5.7.1 yet) so it should work on your 5.6.2 version. We are preparing a bugfix update soon.

I tried to test on your site but it shows a no registration message. If your site shows an error message when submitting a ticket, try to switch to a default theme temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears. The last one deactivating is the one causing the conflict.
