Do you mean that you already have a plugin that has that function and you wanted the user to use it on the ticket submission? If so, We currently don’t have that feature. I will add it to the feature request list for review by my team.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to show the ticket reply area on top of the screen.You can go to tickets – settings – general tab and go to the “replies order” field where you can change the ticket replies order. That could be the closest approach to your query

Something that you could try (please backup your site) is to remove the languages files from the languages folder (and keep the ones from your language) in order to get the size smaller (Our plugin has several translations thanks to our collaborators 🙂 ).

Let’s see if you have a conflict with a plugin/theme. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme until the issue disappears. The last you deactivate is the one conflicting.

You might be running into conflicts with your theme or another plugin.  The fastest way to find out for sure is to start by temporarily switching your theme to one of the basic WP themes (e.g.17/19/20). Then, if the issue still keeps happening, try turning off other plugins one by one until the problem disappears. The last one that you turned off before the problem is fixed is the one conflicting.

This issue is from a paid add-on (productivity) and I recommend you to submit a ticket on our site to have propper assistance (I use that feature and works well for me, so I suspect there is a conflict or setting changing that on your site).
