Hi,
Your theme is preventing MetaSlider from going full width. The slider is getting wrapped by a container with a max width of 960px resolution.
Adding the following CSS code below should do the trick. However, I can’t guarantee you that this won’t cause any style issues from your theme as we have no knowledge on how your theme is built.
.front-page-6 .widget-full .wrap { width: 100% !important; max-width: 100% !important; padding: 0 !important; }Alternatively, you can contact your theme developer and ask some guidance on how to use a shortcode / block and display it in a full width.
You will be needing to have an active license in order for you to receive updates from MetaSlider
I’m afraid you’d have to update it to the latest version since the code that’s running on the earlier pro versions are not supported by YouTube anymore.
Hi,
I went ahead and checked your site. Everything seems to be working fine. Can you try and clear your cache and see if that helps?
Here’s a short recording of my experience https://share.getcloudapp.com/BluDA2Go
This is most-likely caused by JetPack or Page Optimize. Please try disabling them alternatively and see which fixes your issue.
“When I click the arrow to change the image the white space goes away and it reverts back to normal.”
The way you describe it above is most likely caused by an optimization/minification/lazy load features. Can you list all your active plugins here so I could verify which one is causing the issue.
In the meantime, you can try to disable all your plugins. If this fixes the issues, you can try to activate them back one-by-one until you can find which of your plugins is causing the issue.
MetaSlider’s YouTube slide is a pro version. You will need to update your MetaSlider Pro to Version 2.18.3
Hi,
MetaSlider is a responsive slider by default. You don’t have to do anything.
I went ahead and checked your site and it seems to be displaying correctly on a mobile device https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quvpmAz
May I know what’s the issue?
It looks like MetaSlider has been prevented from loading your existing sliders due to the error.
Can you try and update to the latest version of the plugin (3.23.4) and see if it fixes the issue.
Also, this issue might be caused by another plugin/theme. So, please try to deactivate all your plugins except for MetaSlider and switch your theme temporarily to Twenty-Twenty One. If this fixes your MetaSlider issue, you can then try to activate all the plugins back one-by-one until you find which of the plugin is causing the conflict.
Your screenshots has a resolution of 1896px while your originals has 1640px. If you open an image editor and reduce the screenshot size to 1640px, you’d have a comparable quality.
Anyways, It’s not really advisable to use image with text. If you really want to ensure to retain a crisp quality of your text I would suggest to use the Layer Slide feature instead. https://www.metaslider.com/document/layer-slides/
Unfortunately, this feature is only available on the pro version of the plugin.
I tried installing both SiteOrigin Vantage Theme and SiteOriginPage Builder plugin but I still wasn’t able to replicate the issue. The editor still looks fine on my end.
Can you guys provide the step-by-step process on how I could replicate the issue. Providing the screenshot of the issue would also be helpful.
In the meantime, can you try using the shortcode block and paste the MetaSlider shortcode instead.
Hi,
Are you also using MetaSlider blocks on the pages that are affected?
Yes, providing screenshot would be helpful.
Hi,
The links you provided requires permission to access. Can you try and make the links to your Google Drive public
Hi,
The staging link you provided requires login for us to see and the live link shows a 404 error.
Hi,
Glad it’s working now. Alternatively, you can still use MetaSlider block, you just have to make sure to switch the slider from 925 to 1469
