separate WP installation

i have about category and have about 3 post for each category. this is problem ?. when i check pingdom.com, i see it a lot of times wait data from browser. how i can fix this problem. i install some cache as wp super cache, w3 cache.thanks for your help

thanks for help.
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems. i try this resolution but still load slow
i deactivating all plugins but it is still run slow
you can see ipad 3. 2 site is same theme but a site is slow and a site slow
