It has been a week since I asked for a refund and I have not heard anything back from them. BEWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
Ever since I installed the app last week I have had nothing but problems. I increase wp memory, and I still have nothing but problems and questions. But with support taking more than 24 hours to give me a one-sentence response I rather get my money back and move on. Paid apps should give better attention to customers than free apps. I have been using wordpress and building websites for 25 years. I see that many people have had success with the app, but I ran into many issues. Even trying to import products failed. Trying to load the pro templates failed. Problem after problem.

In reply to: [Site Reviews] Cannot see Star Icons on pageWe do not have jetpack installed, or site accelerator. I also disabled a handful of apps to see if that would help. But we still do not see the icons. Could the site accelerator be installed on the hosting account separate from wordpress? Thank you again for the support.

Good afternoon and thank you for your direction and code. I went into the file editor to locate the file (star-rating.js) and could not locate. Once I do find the page will I add the code you gave me to the select item on that page. Thank you for your help I have limited base on writing .js
