Yes, the Shipping services that will be shown on the Cart/Checkout page are completely based on the Source and destination addresses. Also in-order to show these services for the shipment, you will need to enable them from the backend on your UPS settings page.
Also regarding the number of shipping services , all the shipping services that are available for any particular source and destination address will be shown on Cart/checkout page.
In your case, you are getting only one service because you have selected the option “Offer the customer the cheapest rate only” under “Offer Rates”. Kindly change that to “Offer the customer all rates quoted by UPS”.

Hope the First Class services are showing up now, for some users depending on the WebtooldID the first class shows for retail or commercial rates only so depending on how the API returns the rates you can change the rate request type to commercial or retail rates.

The first class mail with incorrect rates you’re getting could be the commercial rates, and the retail rates are different. You can choose to show the offline rates and retail rates in the plugin settings instead of click and ship and commercial rates.
Regarding the higher rates on adding multiple items its because the basic version of the plugin only has the option to pack the items individually hence the shipping rates will multiply for each item added to cart.

As an exception, we have decided to provide you the solution here.
We have developed an add-on which on installation will allow you to configure more than one origin countries based on the destination address. Here is the addon.Kindly install this plugin and define the origin addresses and then let us know if that worked for you.

That could be because the product didn’t reach a minimal weight for the plugin to calculate, the weight is rounded to the nearest value and if the minimal weight is not reached it will round the value to zero. ‘
Or some of the products in cart could be missing weight hence the weight of the package could be zero.

I checked using my phone and found that I am still getting the UPS services in the cart. I only had to give the correct address details.

The DHL plugin need to be integrated with the API, for which you’ll have to register with DHL Express and request them to provide the API live credentials(SiteID And Password). After which you need to enter the live credentials to the plugin settings and change the API to live mode: the products need to have weight and dimension for the plugin to be able to calculate the shipping rates based on the destination address.
we currently do not have a video of how the plugin works, but the plugin will be calculating the shipping cost based on the product weight and dimension and destination address.
