Are you using the latest version of the basic plugin(2.0.2)?
In the latest version we have fixed this problem.We request you to download and install this version and let us know if the issue is resolved. If the rules don’t come up, then we sincerely apologise because in that case you may have to redo them.

We have customers from UAE who use our plugin. You can just configure the shipping address as UAE. In the checkout page, once you provide the city name, the rates will come. For the cart page, you need to install a plugin that will provide an option to input city. Once done, you can get the rates without any problems.
Kindly try that and let us know if you have any query.

I am getting your problem. It seems you are product has has very little weight. In your case it is .52 gms which is .00052 Kg. Since FedEx does not accept this, we are rounding off the weight in our plugin.
Would it be possible for you to increase the weight upto 2 places of decimal or club a set of products so that the weight increases? Once you have weight in 2 decimal places, then the plugin will be able to fetch you the rates.

Based on the information provided, General List Rates are returned from the Calculate Time and Cost page on UPS.com. Therefore you should pass a value of 3 to the PickupType node in your request to receive the same rate from the UPS Developer API.

As per UPS’s advice when we selected option “Rates Based On Pickup Type” and assigned this value to it “Customer Counter” as shown in the screenshot, then the rate came accurately as shown in the cart page screenshot here.This option is however available in the premium plugin.

Thank you for the request and response. However, it seems that you did not remove the account specific information from the request. Anyways, I have got the details now. You can remove the complete request from here.
For this issue, I have approached UPS with this as even we are getting a rate of 28.96 in our demo site. As soon as UPS responds, I will get back to you.

Can you please compare the rate with the UPS price calculator? Here is the link
Once you get the rates, if it does not match with the ones returned from UPS, kindly provide us the debug request and response so that we can immediately check this.

You can turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and attach the debug data here.
Regarding the premium version, once the label is generated by creating shipment the tracking information gets generated automatically and once you mark the order as completed the shipment details with the tracking information will be sent to the customer.
