Hi,
Please turn on the debug mode/developer mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and attach the debug information here.
Also do attach a screenshot of the product dimensions.

We have fixed the issue in your website. The problem was that shipping was disabled under WooCommerce –> Settings –> General tab.
Once we enabled it, the options are appearing.

Could you check if you get the shipping methods in the checkout page, if that works the issue could be because the city field is missing in cart page an DHL require the city name for calculating the shipping cost.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can configure 6 rules in your shipping rule table and
-categorize each normal and priority rules with a different group name.
-set the based on weight field to “weight”
-enter your weight limits in the Min-Max filed
-configure a Flat rate for these rules as per your requirement.

Are you able to go to the settings page via WooCommerce –> Settings –>Shipping –> UPS?

Unfortunately this will not be possible with our plugin, the discounts will show in the shop page and product page as well.
And if you need to show the discount for all products in shop you can use the product rules and use the rules based on ” All products in cart”

In the product rule you can select the drop down “Rule Applicable on” select All products in cart, and select check on ” Quantity”
This should apply the discount on all products in cart if the quantity reach the minimum set.
If the discounts are showing incorrectly please do try switching to a different theme to see if the discounts show correctly.
Also see if you have set in the settings the calculation mode as best discount or first match rule.
