Hi, the plugin has been working fine on my site with live credentials until today, when a customer in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) tried to place an order. He got the ‘no shipping methods available’ message. When I login to the DHL shipping portal with my account I can get a rate quote for Dubai no problem via Express Worldwide, which is one of my enabled rates on the plugin. Any idea where the problem lies? Thanks.

Hi,

Could you check if you get the shipping methods in the checkout page, if that works the issue could be because the city field is missing in cart page an DHL require the city name for calculating the shipping cost.

Yes, that’s it. I will disable the shipping calculator on the basket page so this doesn’t happen again. Thanks!
