If you want DHL to return the rates in USD your account currency needs to be changed to USD, you can contact DHL regarding this.

This will convert the DHL rates to woocommerce rates dynamically.

Which plugin are you using for the product import export?
The import/export plugin might not be able to get the discounted price since the key where the discounts are stored will be different.
Also the plugin do not have an exact key from which the import plugin can fetch the discounted rates. The discounts are calculated dynamically and the discounted rates are not updated in the product data, that could be one reason the discounts are not showing in the xml.

Are you checking the prices for a single item or multiple items?
The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually. As a result the prices are high.
The premium version has additional features like box packing, and weight based packing also. In addition, it also has label generation feature, and other other value added services. Hence for multiple items, you can have the pricing accordingly.
Can you please check and let us know about this?

Not sure of overview, if you meant the shop page and the bubble for the discount percentage, the bubble depends on theme you’re using, if your theme supports the bubble it will show in the product page as well as the shop page.
For the product rules you can also enable the pricing table in the plugin settings so that the discount table will show in the product page

I’m not able to see the issue you’re facing, but if you want to create rules for the same product based on the quantity purchased, you can set a product rule with a different range of min-max quantity, and use the calculation mode in the settings as best discount.
If you still face issues please do share a screen shot.

With the basic version of the plugin, a person can get one rate at a time.
Of the 3 rules created, the most expensive will be shown.However, in the plus version of the plugin, you can get multiple rates based on Method Group field. So handling this case there should be very easy.

Checked on Aust post calculator as well with the same weight and dimension, the rates stay the same even for 9.2kg I checked upto 22 kg but the rates are still the same, you might want to check with Aust Post team to see if they have some issues with their server or the charges are correct that way.
