The ship from address is tied to the vendor in case of multi-vendor functionality.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to change the “Ship From” address for each individual product.

In order for the multi-vendor scenario to work, along with the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin, you will need to have our FedEx plugin and our Multi-vendor free addon : https://wordpress.org/plugins/multi-vendor-add-on-for-thirdparty-shipping/
Once you configure the multi-vendor properly, yes, it will use the “Ship From” address of the vendor.

If you are looking for a multi-vendor scenario, then you need to use the free Multi-vendor addon plugin along with the premium version. Then each vendor will have some products assigned to her/him. If those products come into the cart, then the ship from address will change to the vendor’s ship from address.
If the case is similar, this should work for dropshipping also.

We do have an addon using which the “Ship From” address can be changed based on the destination address.
Our team provides the addon to our premium version customers only. Unfortunately, the basic version will not work with the addon.

Dear AnindoThe rates are not matching since they are using different Rate Charts. This is identified by adding the RateChartIndicator under the RateInformation container.
The rates request is using the Rates chart while UPS.com is using General List Rates chart. This is because the account number is not being provided on UPS.com, though it would provided Negotiated Rates if it is provided.
If you wish to have the Rating API return General List Rates, please refer to the Rating XML Developer Guide on how to get General List Rates to be returned.

Hence, we confirm that if you use a proper account in the settings page, the rates will match. Also if you have negotiated rates enabled for the account, then just enable the option and then the rates should be fine.
