I need the request xml as well not only the response xml, and the response xml shows that there’s express 12:00 and express domestic returning shipping rates, please make sure those services are enabled.

Yes you can use the Address validation only with the Google API, for Easy post you do need to pay for their service.

Please turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and attach the debug data here.
Also do send me a screenshot of the expected rates calculated on the DHL site and the rates returned by the plugin with the same address and package dimension and weight.

Make sure you have entered the correct Account number and in the plugin settings you need to enable “Show Account Rates” under Rates and Services.

You can achieve this using the existing WooCommerce functionality. Just navigate to WooCommerce –> Settings –> Shipping –> Shipping zones –> Flat rates.
Create a flat rate based on order amount and it shall not be a problem.
Our Canada Post plugin helps you to fetch real time rates from the Canada post API.In addition to this, the premium version helps to generate labels and manifest as well and has more features like box packing, weight based packing , etc.
