We have already included this feature but this is under testing and not yet released. We have a release in next couple of weeks time and this feature along with some other features and fixes will be a part of it.

We have already implemented the conditional select field on the front end using code snippet and it is not directly applied to the WSDesk code. So currently we don’t have a provision to hide those list of fields in the backend.

Currently, it is not possible to manage agent’s tickets from the front end. But, if you want to give your agents a limited access, we have a workaround for this.
You can create a WordPress account with Contributor user role for your agent (this is because the contributor has very limited access, by default). Next, add a new WSDesk agent profile for the newly created contributor in the WSDesk Agents dashboard. You can then assign rights like replying, deleting or managing the tickets as per your requirement. The agent will only be able to access your dashboard based on the restriction imposed.

In reply to: [Dynamic Pricing and Discounts for WooCommerce] It works but…Our customers use “All Products in Cart” rule when they want one rule to be applied to all the categories. Since, this is a rule for all the products added to the cart, as soon as any item gets added to the cart, the ‘Pricing table’ shows up in the product page. From the pricing table the customer can get an idea of the discount. The slashed discounted price would also be shown if you have set the rule for a minimum quantity of 1.
Moreover, our plugin also has the “import-export” functionality, which would make your rule duplication process much easier.
We implement every feature as per requests from customers. We listen to each one of our customer and with time incorporate their requirements into our plugin. So, the current features available in the plugin are all based on our customer’s feedback.
It’s unfortunate that you found our plugin useless and thought it deserves 1 star. We are still open to listening to your exact requirement – whether you want to give category based rule or a product based rule. If you can tell us the exact rule you want to give, then we can definitely try to come up with a solution for you.

This is the debug data showing on the frontend, you can turn off in the plugin settings by disabling the developer mode/debug mode.

This problem can occur in two cases :
– In test mode, if you have incorrectly provided the FedEx credentials, kindly correctly them. Then this problem will be resolved. These are the fields that you need to take care of.
‘FedEx Account Number”
“Fedex Meter Number”
“Web Services Key”
“Web Services Password”.– In live mode,
If you are facing this issue in live mode, then follow the same procedure as for test mode. This should resolve your problem.Forum: Plugins

The plugin sends a lot of information to authorize.net during the payment, so those details are retrieved only from the current order, so its not possible with our plugin to only send the amount and do the payment.
The plugin will throw an error.
