delete your wp-admin and wp-includes folder and reinstall a fresh copy that worked for me 🙂 but still having problems with dashboard but thats a conflict with my plugins

I upgraded to 2.8 and now visual mode is the same as html mode. all the WYSIWYG/tinymc (or what ever its called) editor buttons all gone. I checked to make sure it wasn’t a plugin issue and it doesn’t seem to be.
