Disabling your plugins should not cause you to lose any of the plugin options you have already set.

In reply to: Critical issue and white deathYour white screen is returning a 500 Internal server error. This is a server side error and your hosting should give you more usable information. Old files do not conflict with new files in a proper WordPress upgrade.
Error messages are very valuable pieces of information. However, in your case it would be helpful to know what code appears in wp-config.php lines 93 and 101 plus load.php on line 830. These lines of code do not exist on the site I checked.

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how to modify your commercial theme. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Without a backup your only permanent solution is to repair the site. Follow this guide.
When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

Additional edit – You said you had cPanel backups? Read the restore procedure for whatever backup method you used. A restore from a cPanel backup is done using the restore procedure in cPanel. The file manager or ftp shouldn’t be necessary.

Try manually deactivating your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue and you know you have more than one theme loaded, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to
/wp-content/themes/and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Site not loading: is it hacked?It’s amazing to me that a hosting company would tell a client they had a website problem but not offer any hint as to a solution. Your host is in a unique position to see exactly what is happening with your sites.
I suggest you contact your host again and ask them for any error messages and what they suggest you do to fix your site. You are paying them for their services. And hosting services should include answers such as these.
Assuming you get an error log to look at, post the recent errors here if you have any questions about what to do next. Don’t post duplicate errors and if it is a long list, use pastebin.com and just post the link here.
The duplicate file, is it at wp-content/wordpress-content_org?
