Sorry for the delayed response.
Unfortunately there is no option to change the position of the badge as of now.
I will add it to the list and might be able to include it in the next update. I hope the plugin is still of use for you in the meantime.

Yes, Google indexes the content of the product boxes. This goes for title, description as well as for the image. Let me know if you have any other questions.I recommend you double check if your backend isn’t cached. Do the changes appear right after you cleared the cache?
I have tested the plugin with Cloudlfare on several installs and there was never an issue.
By how you describing it, it does not sound like an issue with the plugin. There is no room for delays in the plugin code, this seems to be an issue with your install or server.
Just to be sure, can you uninstall and reinstall the plugin one more time? (This will delete all boxes and templates)
What server stack or hosting setup do you use?
This does not look like it could be related to the first bug I just fixed. Are you still experiencing the issue?

This is a new issue we haven’t seen before. Are you using this plugin with a WordPress admin account? What kind of hosting setup are you running?
