@camilleh what’s the mobile device you’re using? I’m checking this on our devices and it’s functions as expected. I see 6 thumbnails, but not 4.
@kurtzahn what caused this? I mean, what you’ve accomplished (e.g. WordPress or Theme update) and you ended up with this issue? Also, please checkout if other plugins function properly. If all other plugins function properly, then send us an email to support@wpsofts.com. We’ll do our best to help you figure this out. But if other plugins failed too, checkout this issue with your theme developers. Recently we had similar issue, but it was due to theme update and theme developers published a patch for the fix.
GridKit uses Instagram API which has been discontinued. So, you can’t use Instagram feed functionality until Instagram will allow to pull data from your account. We’ll push an update for this!
Make sure you didn’t use iFrame structure for MP4 videos. This could be reason of missing thumbnails on front end.
Unfortunately you can not switch from puzzle layout to grid on fly. It’s something we will consider for future updates.
For your scenario I’d recommend to use grid layout presentation if you really need to show title/description or buttons over your tile pictures.

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] album not showingI’d recommend to clear your website and browser cache. If this won’t resolve your issue please let me know your website url and I’ll check this issue for you.
GirdKit doesn’t have any limitation on the number of photos you can use in your albums. Do you have any errors or something like that which can help us understand your case?
I’m checking your website and I see you were able to resolve the issue. So, I marked this thread as resolved, but feel free anytime to reply or reopen a new topic if you face any issues.
@cyonkers, could you please send the website url to us? So, we’ll be able to check this for you. You can send your email to support@wpsofts.com
P.S. I just forgot to mention our email addresses. You can send you email either to support@wpsofts.com or wpsofts@gmail.com

Let me explain how Facebook functions and how GridKit implements FB sharing functionality, so you’ll get an idea how you can bypass this Facebook restriction. Facebook doesn’t allow any 3rd party application to share image contents ANYMORE! Facebook only allows to share URLs and it pulls the respective page meta content for presentation (e.g. page title, picture and so on…). GridKit implements FB sharing this way, if you didn’t enter any gallery item url, it shares the current page url. Otherwise, it shares the url you enter. Also, GridKit doesn’t generate WordPress inner pages for each added gallery item (this has been done in point of performance and easiness). Now for your scenario, if you create WordPress pages and set proper title and featured images, then enter the respective WordPress page urls in your gallery items, on sharing you’ll see the expected results. I think this is the best approach to bypass this restriction.
