Custom Video Thumbnail Not Showing

If I set video thumbnail to “custom” and select a video file (~1mb mp4) that I want for the thumbnail – it doesn’t show up on my website.

The video thumbnail shows fine in the “portfolio” editor. After I click save and go to preview my site the tile doesn’t show.

I investigated the HTML source and it appears that the source for “crp-tile-img” on div “crp-tile-7” is empty.
