I believed I did and it still did not help.
Then I tried following this instruction below from https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/
which then causes admin login issue….which is more troubling than the broken blocks issue. I have not put anymore effort into this as I am afraid of messing up my site.

Reset your plugins folder via FTP or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel. This method preserves plugin options but requires plugins be manually reactivated.

Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
Login to your WordPress administration plugins page (/wp-admin/plugins.php) – this will disable any plugin that is “missing”.
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”

When someone is leaving a review – there is a check box above the submit button but there is no explanation of what this checkbox is for – see Checkbox Image
And you can proceed with and without checking this. Can you tell me what this checkbox is for and can we make the text visible?

It’s been an hour and I havent received any email that invites me to review

I just created a test order and mark it as completed. However it is not sending anything now, even though notification is set to 5 seconds after order is marked completed.

It used to work but was sending notification every 3 minutes. I disabled it. However after I enabled it back and changed it to 5 seconds, it does not work.

If I use the import features with CSV files, how do I include the pictures from the reviews?
