Auto login feature is not working

    Auto-login: When customers click on the link in their Review Reminder Email, they will be automatically login to their account on your site.

    The feature above is not working. I click on the link to review the product and this is what I am seeing ” Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review”

    Ah got it.

    I have a few question then about the premium:
    1. Is the pricing a one time cost?
    2. I see that it can import Aliexpress reviews. Can it import Etsy Reviews?

    Hi,
    1. Yes it’s one time cost
    2. There’s function to import from CSV file so if you can export reviews with Etsy Reviews, you can import them via CSV.

    If I use the import features with CSV files, how do I include the pictures from the reviews?

    Hi,
    To import reviews pictures, you need create a column for pictures. For each reviews, you need enter pictures url separated by comma. Then at Mapping fields step, you need to map ‘Photos’ to this column.
