In reply to: [ShipStation for WooCommerce] Shipstation Order Update ErrorHi @napageneral,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble updating ShipStation orders, Jim.
Where are you seeing this error? Is that on the ShipStation side?

- Enable logging via the WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation page
- Create a test order, so we can test if it goes through to ShipStation
- Visit WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and select the latest ShipStation log file from the dropdown menu

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] not auto sync productsHi @congdr1996,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting Google Listings & Ads to work as expected.
I’m using WordPress 5.7.2 and Google listing & ads 1.1.0
This is in the log:
google-listings-and-ads-2021-07-08-94b7230264daa4d50fa329c70a2e75ff.log2021-07-08T19:22:00+00:00 DEBUG Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Product\ProductSyncer::update_by_batch_requests Submitted 1 products:
[{“woocommerce_id”:162398,”google_id”:”online:en:US:gla_162398″}]
0 Failed:Hmm, the logs appear to show that 1 product was submitted in bulk and did not fail to sync. Could you please share any other Google Listings & Ads logs?
Additionally, can you please confirm if there are any issues listed in your Google Listings & Ads product feed ? The reason I’d like to check that is because I’m wondering if some of the other products have not been or not yet been approved.
Finally, could you please let us know how many products you have in your store and what you mean by
10 products in a page?Thank you!
Hi @scmsteve,
Thanks for reaching out to us for further clarification about how the WooCommerce ShipStation Integration works per your previous Older orders, shipped in Woo, not updated in ShipStation thread here on the forums.
We have contacted our developers for further details about how the integration works and will get back to you as soon as we hear back from them.
Hi @scmsteve,
Happy to help!
Again, NOT RESOLVED, at least the question wasn’t fully answered
Hmm, looking back at what’s been discussed already, I am not quite sure which part you’d like to know more about.
I think you’re asking about this question, right?
They are marked as “Completed” in WooCommerce but ShipStation still shows them as awaiting shipment. What is the best way to resolve this status in ShipStation?
I recommend following these instructions to update the status in ShipStation and mark them as shipped, if you’d like the status updated on the ShipStation side.
The alternative would be to cancel the order in ShipStation, in which case we wouldn’t expect ShipStation to push that data back to your store, especially if you deselect “Notify Marketplace.” This option would send updates back to WooCommerce if it were selected.
Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] We’re sorry errorHi @qwik3r,
Thanks for the update!
There was error retrieving applications. Please try again.
If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: d072e5e76e960
https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kou4KBXk
The app that WAS there is no longer there…
Hmm, that is definitely very strange behavior. It is not yet clear whether the issues lie on the PayPal side or the WooCommerce side.
I think the best option here will be to take a closer look at the site. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there. Thank you!

In reply to: [Storefront] Review rating stars are ‘hollow’Hi @lmvn,
Thanks for the update and questions!
How did you manage to report it to the dev team @dcka?
We had reported this issue internally to our developers for further help, as we could not reproduce the hollow stars on a clean installation of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Storefront.
I am not seeing the hollow stars on a new test site running the latest WordPress 5.7.2, WooCommerce 5.4.1, and Storefront 3.7.0:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/7Ryeao
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/VMU7b6I would be interested in knowing how to do that so I can also help out fix this issue.
Great, thanks for your willingness to help!
As quite a few people have this problem, but we can’t seem to reproduce it on our side, it would be great if you could perform a full conflict test on your site or a staging copy of your site using a tool provided by your host or the WP Staging plugin.
The staging site should help you determine which plugin might be affecting how Storefront displays the review stars.
For reference, feel free to contribute directly to Storefront via its Github page here: https://github.com/woocommerce/storefront.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [Storefront] woocoommerce reviews not visible in frontendHi @cowebbraunfels,
Thanks for letting us know! Glad to hear you found the problem 🙂
Hi @lsjl1,
Thanks for the screenshot. The empty Order notes section suggests to me that there was a PHP-related error when the customer checkout out the product, which might explain why the transaction went through to PayPal but did not register in WooCommerce.
Can you please confirm if you managed to run the conflict test?
Also, do you see any
fatal-errorslog from July 6th, 2021 (2021-07-06) by selecting it from the dropdown menu at WooCommerce > Status > Logs, which is the same date as Order #8696?Hi @guilhermemorais,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting Facebook for WooCommerce to work.
1 month to go I can’t tune in any more products in my catalog, I’ve done several pixels and nothing works, I even deleted all the products in my store and started registering everything again and even so it didn’t do it, I ask for help because it doesn’t I can work
Hmm, it sounds like you are having trouble syncing any new products from your store to Facebook. Just to clarify, are the 30 products still showing in Facebook after you deleted them from your store?
Also, do you remember making any changes to the site about a month ago, such as adding a new plugin or changing your theme? The reason I am asking that is to try and track down what might have caused the plugin to suddenly stop working.
Finally, I noticed you said you “started registering everything again”. Can you please confirm if you have tried reconnecting the plugin to your shop’s Facebook page?
Hi @seifer1975,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately your order cannot be proccessed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again.
The error most likely indicates there is a problem with the customer’s card number. The customer should use an alternate credit card, or contact their bank.
What I recommend next is to enable
Debug Modeon the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > eWay page. After that, visit the WooCommerce > Status > Logs** page and select the eWay log from the dropdown the next time a customer complains about this error. The logs should give further details about which exact error code eWay is showing. Customers will only see more generic error messages for security reasons.
Please let us know if there are further errors in the logs once you have enabled them, and we can help you from there!
Hi @bobdunn-trainer,
I’m sorry we missed your positive review about WooCommerce Payments. Thanks for sharing this feedback. We’re happy to hear you had a great experience switching over to WooCommerce Payments.
@slycollective Thanks for your question, Sharon!
I use Stripe and PayPal and want to switch over to WooCommerce Payments. Must I first disable Stripe before downloading the plugin? Please tell me how you did it?
That’s a great set of questions. We have detailed instructions on how to switch from Stripe to WooCommerce Payments:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/migrating-to-woocommerce-payments-from-stripe/
PayPal runs as a separate service from Stripe and WooCommerce Payments, which is powered by a different service offered by Stripe.
Per the forum guidelines, if you have any further questions or need additional help switching over from Stripe to WooCommerce Payments, please start a new thread and we’ll be able to help you out there.
Thank you!
