Hi @napageneral,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble updating ShipStation orders, Jim.
Where are you seeing this error? Is that on the ShipStation side?
07/08/2021 6:17 AM : ShipStation
An error occurred attempting to update orders: <!doctype html> <!–[if lt IE 7]><html lang=”en-US” class=”no-js lt-ie9 lt-ie8 lt-ie7″><![endif]–> <!–[if (IE 7)&!(IEMobile)]><html lang=”en-US” class=”no-js lt-ie9 lt-ie8″><![endif]–> <!–[if (IE 8)&!(IEMobile)]><html lang=”en-US” class=”no-js lt-ie9″><![endif]–> <!–[if gt IE 8]><!–> <html lang=”en-US” class=”no-js”><!–<![endif]–> <head> <script type=”text/javascript”>if(!gform){document.addEventListener(“gform_main_scripts_loaded
Also, could you please do the following, so we can take a closer look at the ShipStation logs for further clues about why the orders are not syncing correctly:
- Enable logging via the WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation page
- Create a test order, so we can test if it goes through to ShipStation
- Visit WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and select the latest ShipStation log file from the dropdown menu
- Share the log with us
Thank you!
Thank you Niall – I just completed this and now orders are integrating with Shipstation, I’m sharing the log just in case there’s an issue there.
Best
Jim

Hi Jim, thanks for letting me know!
Glad to hear the orders are now syncing correctly with ShipStation, as confirmed the logs you shared too.
If you need any further help, please let us know, or else I recommend starting a new topic.
