https://prnt.sc/20xhv3b This is what I seeHmm, the post you shared was from almost a year ago, and there’s been a lot of changes on the Facebook side since then. I suspect that’s why what you’re seeing differs from what’s shown in the other user’s screenshot.
Something went wrong when trying to connect to facebook. Pleas try again.
First, make sure you’re updated to the latest version of the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin. Then, at the connection step “What is Woocommerce Integration allowed to do” make sure all fields are enabled. Facebook recently updated its settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to
Offby default but it seems that’s not showing up on your site.If none of those steps works and as the error you’re seeing isn’t very informative, could you please enable logging, repeat the steps to replicate the issue (try setting up the integration again), and then share the log for us to review?
To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Head to
Marketing > Facebook.
2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
3. Repeat the steps to replicate the error.
4. Head toWooCommerce > Status > Logs.
5. Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “”View”” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
6. Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply here.Thank you!

It would be great to have you add your ideas for enhancing the Square plugin to the WooCommerce Square Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
I do see there’s some existing ideas I recommend voting on to have those more likely to be looked at, such as Gift Card Integration With Square Gateway.
It’d be great to hear more about how you think we can improve the Square plugin, as we do feel involving our users who work with the plugin every day in that process is really beneficial for both us and yourself.

We are testing your plugin against the one we’ve used for the last 5 years, but so far it’s not going well! After setting it up, clicking on the feed tab shows this:
Yeah, that’s definitely not a good start! Let me explain what I think is happening:
The product feed page does quite a bit of processing and because of that it might take a while for it to be displayed when the number of synced products is large. It’s probable that the script has timed out, which we’ve seen in some cases with similar error messages.
Those cases were resolved by increasing the maximum execution time of PHP scripts by setting the
max_execution_timeconfig and also increase thememory_limitsettings in the php.ini file.It might also help if you have a look at the server logs if the same error appears after making these changes.
Also, how do we tell the plugin where the 2,000 already existing GTIN numbers are in our website? It doesn’t have a place to map the field.
Great question! It should be possible to enable any of the required fields like GTIN on the plugin settings page at WooCommerce >Settings >Product Feeds. For information about how that works, please check out our Google Product Feed – Setting product data doc.

I’m sorry we missed your post. Have you been able to resolve this issue?
Per the Github issue you reported, it looks like a fix was released in the latest 3.9.1 Storefront version. Have you tried updating to this version to see if that resolves the problem you’re having with your three Storefront sites and any others you have that use Storefront?

As it seems you’ve identified the Insert Pages plugin doesn’t work correctly with the Facebook plugin, please reach out to its developers for help here, as we don’t support third-party plugins: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/insert-pages/
If you’d like to make sure Insert Pages is indeed the problem here, I recommend:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem and manually sync products via the Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync page.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one starting with Insert Pages, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

Having multiple tracking codes on the same page can cause a lot of issues, so the best practice is to have only one.
I used the Google Tag Assistant tool for Chrome extension and see to tags on the site:
