Hi there @verhey23,
Thanks for sharing your System Status Report with us! It looks like your site uses the Stripe plugin rather than the WooCommerce Payments plugin, which is where you posted your question
Please post your request on the Stripe plugin forums here for further help.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Storefront] Product image croppingHi there @samuelfox,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the problem you’re having with product images. I do see the same issue on both desktop and mobile devices where the first image appears to change after switching between the images.
It seems the site is using the flex slider functionality that comes as part of the WooCommerce plugin. Are you seeing the same issue with flex slider disabled? That should look something like this per my test site:

In reply to: [Storefront] Link to product page extends pictureHi there @jpenther,
I’m sorry we missed your last post. Have you been able to resolve this issue?
If not and as this issue involves a fairly complex development topic, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in and help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce, as well as the Storefront developer documentation
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack for help. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.`Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] We were unable to process your order, please try again.Hi there @crystalpayton,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the problem you’re having with the Square plugin.
> I turned off the debug and log
Now the payment went throughI’m happy to hear the payment went through correctly.
> Status code GENERIC_DECLINE: Authorization error: ‘GENERIC_DECLINE’
An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.Hmm,
GENERIC_DECLINEerrors usually happen when a bank/card issuer declines the payment for any number of reasons, as explained on the Square forums. Perhaps the payment went through after a few tries.> Turned off custom divi theme page builder from checkout page
If the payment went through with Divi’s page builder disabled, then that might indicate an issue with Divi rather than the Square plugin, but I do think the issue was to do with your customer’s bank/card provided blocking then allowing the payment to go through.
Have you see any other orders like this one before?

In reply to: [Storefront] Cumulative Layout Shift ImprovingHi @handmadehome,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the issue you find in a GTmetrix report. I’m happy to help you!
I analyzed your site using GTmetrix on my side and see the following about avoiding large layout shifts:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/uXIGS1Based on what I’m seeing in the GTmetrix documentation, I think the issue is that a lot of the content shifts when the page loads. Here’s a screen recording I took to see what I mean; it’s a little hard to record what happens but you can sort of see how the content on the page appears to move around as the page loads:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/hkLkuUNow, here’s how the Storefront theme demo loads for comparison:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/sjG0pCHopefully it’s clear how the site content loads without any of the content moving (shifting).
It seems something on the site, such as plugin or custom code (most likely CSS code) added to the site is affecting how the Storefront theme would normally behave.
Have you added any custom code to the site? From what I can tell, it looks like the site more or less follows the default Storefront theme styling.
If you haven’t added any code, I suspect the issue lies with a plugin/theme active on the site that’s affecting how the page loads.
It will be great if you could share your site’s current System Status Report, so we can take a closer look at what plugins are installed and what versions you’re using. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment when you reply.Thank you!
