Just to make sure we’re on the same page, I had a look at my test site and I think I see what you’re describing.
It seems the menu open almost instantly but there’s a bit of a delay when closing it. Here’s a screen recording I made of the problem:

Can you please confirm my test site has the same issue as what you’re seeing on your side?

Looking at the System Status Report, I see the site runs the latest 2.6.8 version of Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce 6.0.0 (the latest is 6.1.0), so the issue likely won’t be fixed by an update.
As a next step, could you please enable logging, repeat the steps to replicate the issue, and then share the log for me to review? To do so, please follow these steps:
- Head to Marketing > Facebook.
- Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
- Repeat the steps to replicate the error by manually syncing products to Facebook.
- Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
- Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
- Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply.
Also, can you please confirm how you’ve set up the sales in WooCommerce? For instance, did you use the built-in WooCommerce plugin settings for that or did you use a plugin?

Time offers always remain active on Facebook, and customers demand them, even if they are terminated because they have seen them on Facebook.
If I understand correctly, do you mean that you have offers on your WooCommerce site that run for a specific time but when the offer ends in WooCommerce, it still appears in your Facebook Shop?
Even duplicate products with wrong pictures and wrong prices.
Okay, so there’s duplicate products with incorrect pictures and prices appearing in your Facebook Shop, right?
I asked for Facebook support, but they tell me that the problem is in the plugin.
Indeed, in most cases, Facebook Support will likely refer you to the developers of any integration used to connect to their platform.
As a next step, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment.Thank you!

If I understand correctly, you’re currently seeing this:
- Sale price only
But, you’d like the prices to show:
- Full price
- Sale price
Can you please also share the following, so we can see what you’re describing:
- A screenshot of what you’re seeing in your Facebook Shop
- A screenshot of a product page on your site (or the URL for the product page) that has a sale price

You’re right! If WooCommerce is set as System of Record, you should be able to update inventory in Woo and sync the changes to Square, as you have
Sync inventoryenabled.When did you first start having this problem? Have you tried following the steps here to update inventory in WooCommerce?
You’ll need to first select the
Fetch stock from Squarelink below the Stock Quantity field when editing a product before you can update its inventory:

That’s okay! WooCommerce Payments itself is built in partnership with Stripe but the two are separate plugins.
