Hi there.
My sincerest apologies for only getting back to you now.
I can assure you that the plugin has not been abandoned and is still fully supported. We have had a very slow week due to running very thin on capacity due to team members being on sick and study leave. I sincerely apologize for this.
As this forum only supports the Basic version of our plugin, please get in touch with me via the contact page (http://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/) and add **URGENT** to the subject line so that I can sort this out for you as soon as possible.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] update map on the flyHi there.
I’m not sure I fully understand your request.
Would you like certain marker data to be updated dynamically? If so, what would be updated, and by what medium? Is it imported via a CSV file, is the database being updated?
Are you using the Basic or Pro version of our plugin?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Shortcode not calling in mapHi Jason.
You can view any JS errors on the page by pressing the F12 key and clicking ‘Console’.
There is one JS error left, and that seems to originate from your theme (‘themes/clay’js’jquery.custom.js’ on line 5. This error is likely caused by the ‘fitVids’ library not being included before that script is being called.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Shortcode not calling in mapHi there.
The Google Maps API seems to be loading multiple times on the page> There’s also a few JS errors on the page that could be causing an issue when displaying a map.
I’d recommend disabling any other map plugins you have enabled and test to see if the map displays.
Please let me know if this helps?

There’s no more errors on the page, so you shouldn’t experience any other issues with your map displaying correctly 🙂

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] WP Google Maps Crashes WebsiteHi Alain
Further to our note, and looking a little deeper on our side, those SQL queries should only run on activation of the plugin, or on update of the plugin. If you can please get in touch with me so I can get the full list of the queries that were run so that I may debug further? Please use our contact page on our website.Forum: Plugins

Thank you for your kind words.
Your theme seems to be loading the Google Maps API on the page, while ours has already loaded.
Are you comfortable in removing the duplicate from your theme? This can usually be found in the ‘functions.php’ file.

I visited your site and the text in the map appears black on my side.
Do you still require assistance with this?

So sorry for only getting back to you now.
I stand to be corrected, but Pagespeed Insights would prefer your CSS to be served via a CDN. As the file is quite small though, I don’t believe it would have a negative impact on the page speed of your site though

So sorry for only getting back to you now.
Please advise what plugin you used to record this so that we can try replicate this on our side? This is the first time i’ve seen this though.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately this is not related to our plugin. We do not use that table. It is most likely related to a plugin with a similar name.
