In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] jquery problemHi there.
Would you mind adding the shortcode to the page so I can look into what could be caused the above error?
Hi there.
Thank you for your kind words.
Yes. We have the Visitor Generated Markers add-on (http://www.wpgmaps.com/visitor-generated-markers-add-on/), which is an add-on for the Pro add-on of our plugin (http://www.wpgmaps.com/purchase-professional-version/).
This add-on will add a form below your map that will allow your visitors to add markers to your map.
I hope this helps?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Map Not ShowingHi there.
So sorry for only getting back to you now.
Please send me a link to your map so I can look into this for you? This might also be caused by a JavaScript error on the page.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Latest update breaks databaseHi there.
so sorry for only getting back to you now.
I think you might be mistaking our plugin for another one though. Our plugin doesn’t reference a table called ‘wp_map_locations’, nor did we have a button that could geocode a location.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Hi Rob.
This can be done by calling one of the functions directly in a link to open a specific marker up. Are you using the Basic or Pro version of our plugin?
Hi there.
XGhozt – So glad to hear 🙂
Sam – As this forum only supports the basic version of our plugin, I cannot provide you with the fix here. Please get in touch with us via our contact page (http://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/) so we can send you the latest version.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] probleme with last versionThis is not related to our plugin. We do not use that table. It is most likely related to a plugin with a similar name.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Problem with WoocomerceHi
Please can you paste a link to your map page here so I may debug?Hi there
We have fixed this in the latest version. Sorry about that. Please update your plugin (and pro if required).Hi JT
The XML File is the file that has the marker data stored to it.
It should just load the XML data when you access that page. If you are getting anything else, then something else must be at play here. See http://wpgmaps.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-google-maps/1markers.xml for an example. Please contact me on http://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ so I can discuss this with you further. If there is an issue, I will sort it out and post the solution here.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Map Not ShowingThis is most likely due to another plugin deregistering or re-registering jQuery or the Google Maps API over and above our plugin. If you could provide me with a link to your site I could help you further.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Where to enter the map's shortcode?Hi Janell
At the top of the map editor page there is a shortcode (in square brackets) that you simply need to copy and paste into your post or page. Once done, press “Publish” and the map will appear on that particular page.
