I can assure you that the plugin has not been abandoned and is still fully supported. We have had a very slow week due to running very thin on capacity due to team members being on sick and study leave. I sincerely apologize for this.

Thanks for the reply. My issues are not urgent but I require a reasonable response time. 24 hours sounds reasonable to me. 3-10 days is not reasonable for a $50 pay plugin. I can understand if it happened once or twice.
This appears to be an ongoing issue with your support. See your reviews. Customers are not happy with support or the bugs that still haven’t been fixed after months.
I have posted all of the issues we are having on this forum one at a time. Please see my other posts. I posted here instead of your support forum as you reply within 24 hours. It takes several days just to get a post approved on your support forum, let alone a reply.
I would like to get this plugin online within a month. I have invested 7 days of time on this plugin and we still have about 5 bugs that need to be corrected. The plugin is loaded with features but you eventually end up disabling them all until you have a map and two buttons because the options are bugged. I am just trying to get the core of this program to work at this point before i start to debug the other add-ons.
Anything you can do to help me get the product i paid for working would be appreciated
