Thanks for your query. We don’t see the FAQ category inside the WP post category list. Can you please give us some screenshots and tell us the details of your issue. It will help us to fix the issue quickly.

WPFeelWe have just released a new version with the support of schema description type. Please go to the schema settings through Woo FAQ > Settings > Schema and select description type as description without HTML and follow the schema markup in the product page.

We have tested your issue in a fresh installation. We first activated the 1.2.8 version and added a few faqs with a layout. After that, we updated to the latest version and it is still there.
We think this is causing for any of your other plugins or theme.
Can you please tell us more details of your issue? please provide us the screenshots of your settings and product faqs.

This is possible to show all the faqs of a product with a shortcode. But unfortunately, this is not possible to show all the faqs with or without assigned into any product.
We have dropped the feature into our queue. We will release a new version with the feature next.
