WPFeelHello, We have released a new version (1.3.11) with two new options for general shortcode preview and dynamic shortcode preview (product page). You can hide/show the shortcode preview from the settings.

WPFeelWe have released a new version with the dynamic post id feature in shortcode. Please use the following shortcode on your single page to bring the product faqs.
Shortcode: [ffw_template dynamic_post=true]

Right now the dynamic post id feature is not available. Give us 24 hours time to add the feature for you.
Please use Rich Result Tester to see the product’s valid faqs list. If it shows URL then all are okay from the plugin side.

As the faq is post type it should create separate links. Please noindex the links.
Please read out the doc about General structured data guidelines. It says
“Using structured data enables a feature to be present, it does not guarantee that it will be present. The Google algorithm tailors search results to create what it thinks is the best search experience for a user, depending on many variables”.
Also, It needs some time to be with your URL in the search result.
Please contact to google support team and tell them about your issue.
